Allow granular user access to manage DNS both Enhance/Cloudflare

We have customers who give access to developers to specific websites only as team users as they do.

Some feedback has been that for security of their DNS zone they do not give access because of the damage that can be done to a zone, I know you should trust whomever you give access to but relationships can break down.

It would be very useful if during invite/edit a user where you select the websites they have access to if there was also another check box to allow or not access to manage the DNS be that in the Enhance cluster or DNS integrated with Cloudflare etc.

This actually came about during a discussion with a customer where it was mentioned as they use Cloudflare they could connect it up and manage it all in the panel and they asked would a web developer have access to it.
