Help to Set up Email on a dedicated server

Hello Enhancers,

I need a little help from you. I've checked the documentation and also clicked on the tools tips but still didn't figure out how to deploy email on a separate server.
This is where I am stuck:

1/ HELO name* server.com Please enter a hostname
I don't know what I should enter here. If my company's main website is hello.com, Should I use it for the helo name of my Email Helo name? Or I need to purchase a separate domain?

2/ Email server domain
Same question here. What domain should I enter? The domain of my company website hello.com ?

For starters,

HELO name, can be your server name as email.somedomain.com or somedomain.com
Email Server Domain can be any of the two mentioned above.

Please correct me if I am wrong.
