So as I plan my migration from cPanel and tweak packages as I make various decisions, I'm wondering what will happen to cPanel migrations with mailbox sizes that exceed the limit?
We already have a standalone business email service that can be used if clients need more robust email quotas and extra features, and since we're separating email service from shared hosting and even VPS clients, I'd like to limit the number of accounts and the storage quotas as well.
But, we have some clients with perpetual mailboxes going back years that never delete nor download anything, and I'm wondering how cPanel migration will deal with that?
I would be fine with migrated accounts having more than X accounts and larger than expected quotas, and just limit those clients in terms of new mailboxes, as well as new websites (not migrated but provisioned on Enhance) being limited such.
Anyone have experience with this?
