A client has their domain/dns and email services hosted in another place. I recently discovered they weren't able to receive any email sent from other users from my enhance instance.
The issue was that the "Mail routing settings" option was set to Local, but it should have been set to Remote. Once updated, emails started to work.
Is it possible to auto detect when a client has a third party email solution and automatically configure their routing as "Remote"? It would save some time and avoid some support tickes since clients don't realize this right away.
