PradeepC Our customers are trying to install WordPress on a domain outside the public_html and it just gives an error saying WordPress failed to install, but no reason why it failed. Could you please fix the issue on your WordPress toolkit?
The installer makes a call to WordPress to complete the setup. If it's in a subdirectory, it could be that a rewriterule or other htaccess config in the parent directory is affecting it, since htaccess is applied recursively. If that's not it, please send a support ticket and we can investigate further.
PradeepC Toolkit is not able to identify wordpress installations outside of public_html and the other ones in different folders in public_html.
This should work, however there is a known issue with WordPress sites that have a custom table prefix. There is a fix for this in 9.3.0 coming later this week or early next.
PradeepC Auto-Login doesn't work properly if WordPress install is imported via Blogvault or any other plugin.
This is likely to be the same issue as the above. If the site does not have a customised table prefix, please send a support ticket and we'll investigate.
