(as a web hosting company, you want to allow the client to change it to whatever is suitable for them), at the same time, I know many Server admins prefer to force all clients to upgrade, but unfortunately, some clients have old scripts, and they prefer to run the software on 5.* PHP, it is best to provide the client with all PHP versions to date, but allow them in a calculated and documented manner, make their own decisions.
