Could we place the menu Debug link under Developer Tools instead of Apps?

Are you talking about the WP_DEBUG settings? If so I think this is best under the apps system as it relates only to WordPress.
Adam Okay you know much better than I do. I just tried my luck :-) And it's easy to forget that there's more to the world than just WordPress.
