Would be nice, if like CloudLinux, you could set system resource alerts to email.
i.e. alert at 75% RAM/CPU Usage

This will be possible soon. It requires the "notifications centre" feature which is currently roadmapped for August. We're also planning to add graphs of historic usage which we think will be really useful when a client contacts you and says "my site was slow 12 hours ago but is fine now".
