Yea enabling HTTP3 on NGINX is pretty straight forward and would be a universal change that can be enabled by default.

DracoBlue I can also confirm. Estates I manage have OLS and websites on them are supported when checked on this link. So it's enabled. Both through CF and without any CDN.
