This isn't the role of enhance. It is the role of the webserver + extension/plugin in the final stages of website optimisation.
Look at LSCache for OLS/LSWS and something like automoptimise + comet cache (or alternatives) for NginX/Apache systems. This for WordPress systems.
If you're wanting something for a static website then you'd be better off precompiling a smaller version of the files yourself and making sure NginX/OLS/LSWS etc... has gzip/brotili enabled. (it should be enabled on most web servers)
Later edit: I am sorry I don't mean to sound completely dismissive, yes this within a website auto-optimiser application for say nginx, for some site types could be a great feature. Right now I see a dozen+ features that would need to take precedent, meaning something like this is probably quite low priority. I also only speak for myself, I am just another customer, I am not affiliated with enhance team.
