I'd like to add to this matter, that my concerns aren't limited to just backup functionality, but also extend to the security measures safeguarding these backups. How does Enhance address potential vulnerabilities, especially in scenarios where a server gets compromised? Can a hacker, having gained access to a server, then target the backups? Does Enhance employ a push or pull mechanism for these backups? And if the Panel server becomes vulnerable, is there a risk that a hacker could access or even manipulate our backup data, perhaps by altering the retention schedule to prompt the Panel to delete them? It's worth noting that Acronis features immutable backup storage which guarantees that no one, including Acronis administrators or other users, can delete the backups.
Currently, I have implemented Enhance for a select few clients. However, my hesitance in transitioning on a larger scale from cPanel stems from the lack of a third-party backup solution akin to Acronis (aligned with the 3-2-1 backup principles) and the absence of security tools like Imunify360.
