Inherited php.ini not apply in new cluster servers, websites

Inherited php.ini not apply in new cluster servers = websites.
In Settings > Service > Application > php.ini settings I have default PHP settings set for each website.
When I add a new server to the cluster, PHP applications (WordPress) have these settings added by default, but they are not active ... Changing the PHP version (reload) does not help.

Example:
max_input_vars = 10000 my custom value
And every new website has this limit set to 1000.

Only when I manually change these settings for each website and reload PHP are they applied.

Can the Enhance team investigate this? Does anyone also have such a problem?

I had a similar problem when I moved websites with the ioncube extension configured in the php.ini settings in Enhance. They were still visible but didn't work after the website move. Before the ioncube setting was there I was having to delete the extension and then recreate it to make it function again.

Because of alerting them about that I suspect they're aware, but IDK for sure.

What if you save the global settings again after adding the new server? Does that fix it?
