Its been a long time ! I was trying enhance 9.7 and i can see it has advanced a lot. i like where its going but i have several things that i don't.
One of them is that how the customer sees his packages. I have tried to replicate a customer on plesk who has around 39 subscriptions and holy molly it was a mess. why does he have 39 packages because he is a webdesigner and likes to separate each client with his own package and resources.
- Packages showing as cards with the same name and you have to guess which one belongs to which domain.
- Also when adding a website to a package the drop-down looks ridiculous with all the packages having the same name and its very hard to know where your website is getting placed.
If you have a customer with 2 packages its fine, he can figure out things.
What i would prefer is to see a list of subscriptions and each subscription with the related primary domain and package. Because subscriptions are unique and packages are not (Its already there with each package having its own subscription ID in the admin side). this will also solve the drop-down issue as you will know where the website is going to get placed.
