Changing Website Packages

For the life of me I can't seem to find a way to change the package of a website from the Enhance CP.

What am I missing?

jeff You can "Override" the System resources on a per website basis by going to "Websites" then clicking on the three dots Or You can Upgrade/Downgrade packages purchased by an Organisation (Customer).

However, you can't, in my knowledge, change the package of a specific Website because packages are assigned to an Organisation and not a website.

Thanks for the reminder. I keep trying to manage these like our other CP's.

I thought I would update this as it's not strictly true. Although there isn't an easy mechanism to switch a website between packages within an organisation, you can move the website out of the organisation and then choose which package you add it back too within said organisation.

Rich maybe it changed at some point since then, but you can upgrade/downgrade packages on websites pretty easy now. When in the customer overview you can open the Packages tab and then use the 3 dots to open the menu to change the package level per website:

twest That's to upgrade the package, not to move a website between packages under an account. A customer can have more than one package, but they can't easily move a site between packages. I found that it can be done but you need to move the site out of the customer and then back to the customer to get the option of 'which' package to assign it too. Assigning ownership is a two step process.

Thanks Rich, After 2 hours messing around in WHMCS and Enhance found your "Golden" Tip.

Moving "temporary" to other client in Enhance and back to the original customer I could select the package!

Also editing in WHMCS the enhanceSubscriptionId to reflect to the correct package worked fine, suspend / unsuspend, it just started to work.

Up to the all other clients, that still are not in WHMCS with the correct packeges / domains.
