hwcltjn From my understanding if you're using fixed size mailboxes in the package they cannot go over this limit, however the space you assign to them is separate from the other quotas you set.
If you use dynamic limits this counts towards the quota, however it's not enforced by the hard quota so clients could go over this limit and use more space than they are assigned.
IMO it's not a great design however I understand it's difficult to control considering mail may be on a completely different server to the clients website files, however I really think this needs a solution as it makes creating packages very difficult.
