Not sure if it does this to all of you but if your email is set to email@example.com, ECP sends the email to customers (forgot password) with firstname.lastname@example.org as the FROM name.
In ECP >> Branding >> Organization
Can we add the From name in the settings.
Adrien Hi, this is actually a bug. The from address should take the 'Organisation name' set in 'Branding' > 'Organisation.' I've logged this and a fix will be released shortly - will keep you posted on changes.
