Adrien Hello, Not sure if it does this to all of you but if your email is set to noreply@domain.com, ECP sends the email to customers (forgot password) with noreply@domain.com as the FROM name. In ECP >> Branding >> Organization Can we add the From name in the settings. System generated emails from address System generated emails from name Thank you.
Aliysa_Enhance Adrien Hi, this is actually a bug. The from address should take the 'Organisation name' set in 'Branding' > 'Organisation.' I've logged this and a fix will be released shortly - will keep you posted on changes.
zia Sorry to open this again after years, I have the latest version installed (Installed version 12.7.1), my ECP uses "from address" as FROME NAME. I have all org info in Settings > Branding > Organization.
