It would be awesome to have more powerful DNS features.

I can't seem to find a way (via GUI at least) to add supplemental DNS records for that running modern apps/websites require today.

For example want to add a CNAME entry, or a TXT authentication record via GUI for a service provider like Mailgun/Google/Etc.... You're out of luck.

You can definitely set those records. Does the customer have the DNS zone editor enabled on their package?

Actually no they didn't. Not sure why that wasn't carried over from the duplication.

So.. let me amend...

It would be great to be able to import/export the records :-)

Is there not a way as admin to edit any of the zones or see them in Enhance? Does one always have to drill down and impersonate the customer?

We have an open feature request for a global DNS editor. The current process would be to search the domain in the website list then, when you click, it will automatically open the appropriate website from which you can click the "domains" tab to edit the DNS zone.
