Just found a bug with the WHMCS Enhance module.
A new user on Enhance created a secondary user, and then suddenly the login button in the WHMCS hosting details page stopped working. Once I deleted the second user the problem was resolved.
Do you definitely have the latest version of the module? I'm sure we fixed this but some time ago.
I've updated to the latest module and will report back once the client recreates his additional user. Is there any mechanism to notify Enhance users for WHMCS module updates (not to mention other billing system modules as well)?
We post all releases to the release notes page on our website. WHMCS is the only module we maintain, the other billing systems all maintain their own modules and will have their own methods for notifying customers.
The newer module resolves the problem. Thanks!
I'll have to pay more attention to the release notes I guess.
