Cannot import SQL file into database

When trying to import a SQL file into a newly installed Enhance installation I got this error (screenshot).

Anyone have any idea why? I have checked that the file I am uploading is a valid sql file.

Unfortunately I don't seem to be able to securely attach a file here.

How big is your db file? is it over 1GB?

Looks like this was due to me trying to import a SQL file with no create or update statements in it. I redownloaded the Plesk DB export and tried again and it worked.
