MySQL stored procedures

One website, that I am moving to Enhance is using stored procedures.
I created database, imported tables and data, but inside phpMyAdmin "Create routine" button is disabled.
Developer was able to create procedures from PHP and those are visible in phpMyAdmin - but button "Execute" is disabled. And developer is claiming, that he is not able to execute them... Any tips or suggestions? Am I missing something or have something too much? User privilege is set to "all", of course.

I checked on one our test clusters and he's right about the "create new routine" button being greyed out. We'll have to look into why that is.

However I was able to create the procedure via SQL and execute it.

Can you find out from the developer what error he gets when trying to execute the stored procedure manually?
