It would be interesting to add this nginx module to clean up nginx with a plugin.
Develop a daemon for automatic cleanup similar to what Redis has. Then it would be possible to use auto-purge plugins with plugins like WP Rocket, NGINX helper etc...
You can also add cache expiration time to the dashboard.
