The changes you do in the template gets overwritten when Blesta updates.
And you can't pre-select a payment method for the client, so when they go to pay an order, they HAVE to select the payment method. I got some old folks that aren't so used technology, so they always have trouble paying through blesta.
I tried the default Clientexec and you can pre-select a payment method. That alone is a life saver for me.
Also Blesta works in a weird way. It's not straightforward.
The UX in general is not user friendly as well.
