mod_status is enabled by default on Apache but it's limited to local access. For example curl -k https://localhost/server-status will work. You can edit this in the Apache config if you want to allow another IP.
If you want a page to monitor for a 200 response which isn't one of your websites, add a server hostname under the servers section of the UI. This isn't billed as a website for licensing purposes.
