@Adam Hi no i have checked the dns for the sites they seem ok. Ok so one question i am using custom nameservers like my agency website is onestepsol.com.au so i am using two name servers ns1 and ns2 both pointed at one server ip. i just read in the documents and it says that you should have atleast two nameservers each pointing to separate server and both the servers should have dns role installed on them. by any chance do you think this could be the issue ?
if not i have created a collaboration login for one of the site. that has just content lost again now. there is a manual backup with the content if you want to give it a try and see if you can find something wrong other wise any suggestion would be helpful.
