I've never seen a DIY CDN be anything close to reliable or as fast as even the completely free cloudflare tier. Its way more complex than install the role on a bunch of servers for a "CDN" if you want reliability and quality.
Its like making HA hosting through enhance a feature... its extremely complex and honestly beyond the scope of a panel because to do it right requires specific customizations for each usecase.
If someone has the resources and skill to make their own CDN they can still put it in front of enhance and set it up to work with the API.
