As per the subject, I can see they include website files, databases and mail accounts.
What about settings? forwards? database users? etc. If there is a server failure say with email and we need to restore, does the user get all their forwarders back etc.
Would be good to know a list of what is not included as comparing to cPanel again, a backup includes everything about an account (settings, accounts, forwards etc etc).
