To reproduce: Add a subdomain and get SSL. Install WordPress via the APP and try to log in with the included single sign-on or manually call the site. This leads to a 404, settings in OLS Webserver and VHost are correct for it. Folder permissions are correct as well.
I get this in ELS every single time. Happens adding addon domains too. A quick fix is to add a domain like test.com, then immediately delete it, now your subdomain/addon domain will work. Lol
Yes, we faced similar issues too, and follow the same logic.
That's actually a pretty big issue when you are hosting and offering subdomains, people would assume they'd work like separate installations. I hope there can be taken a look into it.
We have been trying to reproduce this issue on on a test cluster and have so far been unable.
Could someone who is affected please send a support ticket? We're going to need log data and/or access to your cluster.
Adam Will do.
