I faced this issue yesterday. I request EnhancePanel to add this feature as quickly as possible. Additionally, it should be possible to host in different packages. For example, I have a client who is using 2 DEDI VPSs. He wants the root domain hosted on his 1st VPS plan, and the subdomain should be hosted on VPS Plan 2.

This is already possible. If he has 2 dedicated plans, he can select the second plan at the time of website creation. You can also assign a friendly name to his subscriptions to make it easier to differentiate.
