plesk is a matured product no doubt, we used plesk for years but you're missing one thing, plesk is heavy as hell, even compared to cpanel, plesk feels heavy in terms of UI and features, so many unnecessary things which aren't needed..
Enhance comparatively better why? bcz in short period of time they bring things on the table which are actually needed, simplicity, speed, ease of cluster support, security, no funky pricing model, even if its using containerization it doesn't feel heavy at all, believe me im in this industry for more than 10 years, we have setup countless servers, cloudlinux solutions, dockized solution, complex ci/cd pipelines, worked with kubernetes clusters, and with this experience let me tell you you don't need to worry about 5% more RAM usage, in comparison you don't need to use cloudlinux, centos, heavy panel, which in reality consume heck a lot of resources and enhance provide such features at way less resource consumption.
