Add extensions to Enhance support forum

It would be nice if the Enhance support forum had the option for sending private messages and the ability to attach files (such as images) by uploading them to the forum server.

Becomes a moderation issue quickly as a forum grows and can lead to a lot of drama (which increases moderation time) even in professional spaces. In the current state, everyone can see everything and make up their own mind.

I think an official discord/slack would be easiest. That way your contact isn't on a public forum. Just jump in a room you can link here and talk or chat and share info there if you want to.
