Facing issues while connecting Enhance with Hetzner server

So, I wanted to add a second server from Hetzner. I copy pasted the bash command in linux console of hetzner. First it messed up some characters from commands. I corrected them and ran but still it did not work. Anyone who has successfully connected their hetzner server to enhance ?

We do have connected several. Works without an issue.

prasad0889 your specs ? Mine is CX21 model: 2 vcpu, 4 gb ram, 40 gb ssd. AS per the requirements it should be sufficient. My first server is from hostinger connected easily which is also the main control panel of enhance.
When I copy pasted the bash command for adding new servers in hetzner, it messed up some characters. So, I corrected them and then ran. But it did not work. You have any tips for how to correctly copy paste bash command in hetzner console ?

akr Just connect via ssh rather

Using the Hetzner console will absolutely be the problem. Connect via SSH using PuTTY or similar and it'll work just fine.

As others said don't use a console in a browser lol. Thats a last ditch cant connect to SSH thing. Its always problematic. Use SSH.

Hi all, I m having the same issue. I already have 6 servers setup with Enhance on Contabo. Trying to add a hertzner server and get Error: control panel not reachable.

Any Ideas?
