Finding mailbox storage locations

There was user saying they were not getting contact forms in their email address so I wanted to test their form and check their mailbox but didn't know their password so I tried find their MailDir on the server. I was hoping the unique ID you see in the website management URL would be the same for their email data. It is not.

Is there anyway to easily find domain/email box location? I could not find the unique ID's in the directory below anywhere in the interface that would have made it easy to find the location.

You can find this out via the browser console when you visit the page with the email accounts:

The path to the mailbox is this one:

/var/local/enhance/email/mailboxes/domainId/mailboxId

From 11.0.0 it's actually slightly simpler. The new path is /var/local/enhance/email/mailbox/websiteId/address@domain.com. Replace websiteId with the ID of the website.

I updated all my servers to latest version and I'm still on the old path ?
