I just checked the bounced email again and the IP listed. The email was being sent from a different IPv6 not the primary one for the server hostname so that fails the authenticity check.

kyzoeadmin No, DKIM is disabled after the update but the DNS entries still exist. If you enable it again for a domain it generates a new DNS entry overwirting the previous one.
Not so bad if you host the DNS but a nightmare if you don't.

PAM module would sometimes fail to enter website containers where ephemeral containers had previously been used for email operations.
Forwarder-only addresses would sometimes generate a false NDR.

This isn't related to the DKIM issue, we're still investigating that one.

Adam Personally I think at the least it should be vital to provide API guidance to automate the resolution. At best I have possibly identified /orgs/{org_id}/domains/{domain_id}/email-auth as the endpoint that might be possible to enable DKIM, but the documentation provides nothing about the params at all other the org_id and domain_id.

If I could iterate all the domains and toggle DKIM on, that would be perfect, but as of yet I lack sufficient details to script it.

For now I've emailed all Enhance clients with the manual solution to resolve this, but I'm sure there'll be support ticket workload to wade through. I started manually doing it but there are several obstacles in the UI itself:

No ability rapid-fire open websites in browser tabs to cycle through them quickly.
#1 means we have to return to the website list at the first position, recall the domain name we just adjusted, navigate to the proper page (after the first one), and then click the next website.

Way too laborious with any list of websites beyond 100.

I might not be the most adept at exploring the Enhance api endpoints so if anyone has suggestions I'm happy to entertain them! (And BTW the response was from a properly formed request and includes the bearer token.)

We have a solution to the dkim issue, there will be a release in 24-48 hours after which you should be safe to update with no risk of dkim being disabled on any of your websites.

Have you had problems with Smarhost when emails are sent via the site's localhost? After the update the emails are sent but they skip the globally configured smarthost.

Yes, but now it works. I had to deactivate, save, refresh the page and then reactivate. But all the submissions have changed... now they go as username@server-hello, ignoring the FROM.

I upgraded directly to 3.0.2, and I needed to:

Disable/Enable Smarthost. After the upgrade, enhance was sending emails directly.
Reapply HELO for the email role (+ adding helo for the application role that now can send emails).
(+ the DKIM situation that we all know)

Has anyone else encountered these?

When moving sites PHP extensions enabled, Ioncube, and Redis options do not stay enabled if they are set.
SSL certs do not transfer and need to be reissued including mail.
If there is a backup error there is no notification
Backup of emails fail if not on the same server.

I know bug 1 and reported it a few months ago. It has not been fixed.

It seems that Enhance has more and more bugs. Maybe it's time to stop with new features and fix old bugs that have been going on for months.

I think this version was always going to be painful.. since it was a number of major changes in one hit. Still, there are some smaller bugs that would be great to see addressed (many are small dev tasks), but I am still wanting to see control panel replication asap.
