One thing we really need for our control panel, even at this stage, is resource monitoring and optimization for hosting. We're talking about advanced CPU, memory, and IO usage charts, enriched email aliases for our email system, administrative usage alerts, and access and error logs in the control panel. These upgrades are not just nice-to-haves—they're essential for keeping our WordPress hosting and reseller management running smoothly.
The advanced resource usage charts will help us spot performance hogs quickly, making sure everything runs efficiently. Enriched email aliases will make our email system more powerful and organized. Administrative usage alerts will keep us ahead of any potential issues, ensuring everything is running tip-top. Access and error logs in the control panel will provide transparency and help troubleshoot issues effectively.
Currently, when a client purchases hosting, they're left in the dark, not knowing what resources they've received or how much they've consumed. They have no visibility into their CPU, memory, and inode usage, for example. I hope these enhancements are prioritized to take our control panel to the next level, offering our clients an even better experience and keeping us ahead in the hosting game.
