Hi, I'm going to comment you regarding OLS, I've had some problems with WordPress, I don't remember well what things but one of them was the issue of keeping a persistent configuration in enhance. I decided to go with Apache.
I am going to give you a recipe to make your wordpress websites run smooth, optimize MariaDB very well, there are many values to take into account but the key in my sites was that, I changed thousands of things in Apache that did not have an impact on performance, I went back to default and went deeper in MariaDB, the performance is brutal now.
In my experience, stay with Apache for now or go for Litespeed, but the reality is that it didn't change my performance at all. The only noticeable difference is that the server consumes less cpu and ram. I repeat that this is my experience, maybe others will help you better. In my case I had to hire a dedicated to get the expected performance with nvme raid1 disks and this allowed to scale the performance of the websites, I use a cpu ryzen 7 and 64gb of ram generally, some providers limit a lot the iops and disk io.
Regarding enhance, I made a serious mistake.... I hosted the panel in a cheap vps provider as a test and without realizing I was setting up my websites there. Look for a good cloud VPS provider from scratch and host only the panel there. Then add other servers either vps or dedicated and put all the websites on this one.
For backup, I have hired a vps storage in interserver and it works perfect, there are more providers, better if you have 2 just in case.
For monitoring I use uptimerobot, it notifies me on my mobile if something happens.
