Production ready as in basic functionality such as the file manager works every time? Lol no half the time it gives an error but the second attempt works.
I'd suggest you create a customer user and login as them (not impersonate) and do what your average customer would. Migrate or create a site, then need to upload some files maybe replace some files, change settings etc. Note every time you work around a bug. A customer shouldn't have to figure out how to work around bugs in the first place but your average mass hosting customer isn't able to anyway.
I'd never use this for mass hosting unless your ready for the support load.
