kyzoeadmin I don’t think Upmind is doing well, really slow development, very unwilling to make changes, and it’s really restrictive. WHMCS is still better, Upmind may be pretty and sleek but it lacks so much functionality that would be basic to any CRM.
The other day I needed to add a simple change to a invoice, but can’t, I can on WHMCS, I also needed to add a feature quickly for customers which I could’ve done in 5 minutes on WHMCS but there’s a 6 month waiting time for any feature update.
I only have a few customers for a second business on there and it’s not good, I’m not enjoying it, it’s so restricted and slow to develop, we’re still waiting on functionality that WHMCS has had since day one.
