I know the ETA is not yet... I want just to know what is planned.

There is nothing firm at this stage, we are still looking at potential options. As a minimum there will be support for shared calendars.

So basically if I summarize real collaboration functions like mailbox sharing, contact sharing, etc... will not be supported in any case this year?

I can't make any promises, we are still looking at options for this.
