Enhance takes a backup of the core postgresql database every 24 hours however this data isn't sent off server in the same way that website backups are. You can find the backups in /var/local/enhance/orchd-postgres-backups. It would be a good idea to send this data off server from time to time.
Please note, we strongly advise against restoring these postgresql backups unless directed to by Enhance support as it will leave your cluster in an inconsistent state
If you have the ability to take a block level backup of the control panel server, this would be ideal as it will also capture internal service SSLs and metadata.
There will be a feature coming in the future to replicate the control panel server to a second machine to allow for failover.
