I wanted to share how frustrated I am about the delay of the 12.0.0 update from 26th August to 26th September. Like many of you, I've been really looking forward to this update. We’ve all been dealing with bugs, and there are so many features that need to be added. They’re a must for a control panel these days. And now, with this delay, it feels like we’re being let down.
What’s even more frustrating is that while Enhance hasn’t always been perfect about sticking to their update schedule, they’ve generally been reliable. So, this sudden delay really makes us wonder, why? Is it because the team is understaffed? Is the company struggling financially? We’ve been waiting for some kind of explanation, but so far, nothing from the Enhance team.
When you’re relying on a panel like Enhance for your infrastructure, clients, and overall business operations, you expect things to run smoothly, including timely updates. We pay for this service, and part of that is trusting that updates will come when they’re supposed to.
I want to be clear. I’m not here to bash Enhance or the team. I genuinely love this panel, and I haven’t found anything better out there. But these delays and the lack of communication are really disappointing. We just want to know what’s going on. And if a rise in the price of the panel could solve this by ensuring more resources or faster development, it’s something we’d like to know about.
