Reseller limits?

Hi,

If a package allows resale, and it allows for example 100GB of System resources -> Hard disk value BUT unlimited "Number of websites", does this mean that the TOTAL of the websites under him cannot exceed 100GB, or that each website under him cannot exceed 100GB?

Asking because, when we (Admins) create a package with 100GB limit and 3 websites limit, it actually means that the customer can have 300GB of storage.

I believe that it's not exactly clear to me how the limits work.

The "Disk space allowance" clearly states: "The total disk space across all websites."

But the Hard disk under system resources states: "The total amount of disk space each website's home directory can consume. This is a hard limit."

Does this mean that, I can create the following package:

Unlimited websites
Disk space allowance 100GB
Hard disk 10GB

so that a customer can actually create 10 different websites (NOT domains) and each one will be under the 10GB limit, and the total space of his package is 100GB?

It seems that the limits do not work.
I created a test package with 5MB limit (both Disk space allowance and Disk space allowance) but I've uploaded 50MB to it via a dummy customer.

"Refresh usage calculation" does not seem to do anything.

wav3front check that your storage drive uses a supported file system such as EXT4. I use XFS and it's not supported in Enhance yet, so disk quota does not work.

It does work, but it takes time to update.

The enhance panel had a few problems related to Storage limits and how it calculates.

The calculating issue is fine.. nothing is instant. but the worst part, I guess, is that if the email is on a different server, then that content is not added to the consumed storage used by a client. And this is bad.

What's worst is the fact that if you go over the limit there is no way to action it, like block uploads or any other form of punishment for going over 🙂

I love enhance, but at times, I think of it like
"The Paid hosting panel that offers Free hosting"

This panel does not love the Paying customers; instead loves and protects the end user 🙂
