DracoBlue To be honest though the team answers quite fast, not being clear about the update deadlines or what is happening destroys the trust, personally i can wait anyway i only run enhance with few test clients, and is proven to not be production ready for critical environments yet, but it still pretty good.

i would like though to get an official answer about those delays

Keep in mind that people are not able to update to latest php version etc as i read though i didnt try myself which is important

Take your time; we love you, Enhance! I've been showing my customers just how great Enhance is. Finally, we can say goodbye to the costly combination of WHMCS and cPanel. With Enhance, our websites load in the blink of an eye!

I don't believe it will be this year.
End of January, February sooner.

We appreciate the delay is frustrating but we need to make sure it's perfect before it goes out to customers. After version 12.0.0 is released you will see a return to the smaller, more frequent updates you have seen from us in the past.

Adam hi Adam, the frustration is not about delays but not communicating what's happening. Eg. if we would get weekly "current delay is because this version or this bug" the users would see that something is truly happening and is being communicated to community that wants to actively help and be around your product.

@Adam there worst thing you can do it rush it.
take all the time that's required.

You I don't believe it will be this year.

Yes, I second that... that's why I cancelled subscription my license, so I do not waste my monthly cost until they release the new version

Great, I appreciate your response. I always appreciate your unconditional help. I might leave EnhancePanel due to multiple issues and lack of features, but you have been the only reason I'm still using Enhance.

When can we expect version 12.0.0? Is it possible in 2024?

The plan is for this month, but it will not be released until it is 100 percent ready.

DracoBlue I understand them on 100%, because i also develop every day and i know how hard is to make everything to work together without any issues.

But i already wait 1+ year for this things:

        • node.js & python apps
        • control panel migration
        • feature to export backups from Enhance (Right now you can only import cPanel & Plesk but if want to migrate from Enhance this is impossible and have to do it one by one.)
        • better UI because 99% of my clients come from cPanel & DirectAdmin and pay for one hosting package but receive unlimited packages, because you can add website and every website have his own addon domains, subdomains & etc.
This is super super super wrong, because they need to have only 1 main website and everything another to be addon or subdomain or alias.
        • S3 incremental backups
        • possibility to set php only for directory (i have more than 5 tickets by clients for this feature)
        • Auto installation for Drupal, Joomla, Magento

Sorry @Adam @Aliysa_Enhance but we are not receiving updates & bug fix from August (4 months in total).
That's why i prefeer to migrate from Enhance before i get disaster in control panel server and stop loosing clients because i not have node.js or python.

For me was fun to work with with you guys, but i prefer to look for increasing my business not decreasing. 🙂

and you seem to be expecting a fully featured project right away.

Some of these posts here are utterly unrealistic.

nsevimov stop loosing clients because i not have node.js or python.

Don’t lose your clients. Always have a cPanel server ready for clients who need Node.js or Python or simply don’t like the Enhance UI.

Is the project still alive? I don't see anyone on the team answering any topics.

It appears to be a good project.

I personally trusted the Enhance team and will wait and not write the same thing every now and then.... In this industry I think everyone should know that with the delivery of software deadlines are very different. I believe we are closer than further to the release of v12.

Yes, it’s active, and Adam replied on this same page two days ago. A major update is currently in the works, and it’s taking longer than expected to perfect. This has meant no updates over the past two months, which may have caused some frustration for those accustomed to Enhance’s frequent updates or for those awaiting certain upcoming features for their businesses.

I’d recommend evaluating the current state of features, and if it fits your business model as is, then go for it!
