I understand what you're saying, but let's be honest: Plesk also isn't that great, and cPanel is so expensive now that it's hard to make any profit with it. Over the next few years, the pricing will only get worse. Plus, there’s nothing new or innovative coming from them.

I really like the idea of having easy control over a few servers, and my past tests with Enhance were good. However, with V12, I see a lot of promising new features on the horizon. I have until mid-January to make a decision, so if V12 isn’t released by then, I’ll look for alternatives. January is the only time I have to focus on something like this.

                      There isn't anyone from Enhance monitoring this place, and flagging/reporting is just a black hole. The community needs to be managed, or else it'll die in toxicity. Trolls are just a symptom of something that should have been taken care of. The trolls are having the time of their life with this frustrated engagement from genuine folks, scoring win after win, and it will get worse until it blows up. It's just the nature of the playground on the internet.

                      And it stabs Enhance in the back too, because the toxic high-engagement topics score massive SEO points. They will dominate the search results long after the "delayed update" and "unmanaged community" issues are resolved. No amount of tests to 100/100 perfection before release will solve this, and all it takes is to ask for someone to manage this community.

                          rdbf Reports should trigger an email. Takes a few minutes to review someone's profile and see they are a troll.

                          Don't need strict rules or constant involvement to deal with most trolls.

                            Yes it probably should be closed as it is way off topic now, but will probably just go to another post backwards and forwards like it is here.

                            Anyway to go back on topic... I think v12 will miss the December schedule and more than likely January.
                            So it will probably not be until February 2025 that the release might see the light of day,

                            I actually don't need anything from v12, just up to date packages. PHP has not had any version updates in 5 months, there are vulnerabilities that have not been patched. https://stack.watch/product/php/php/

                                ecknz PHP, MariaDB, etc should be patched on a separate schedule, so long, cumbersome updates like 12 don’t affect production environments.

                                  I think it’s time we had a Community Moderator here, similar to how things are done over at LowEndTalk. They have moderators who help maintain the balance and ensure discussions stay productive and friendly, and I believe it could really help us here too. A moderator could resolve issues, moderate discussions, and generally keep the forum in a good place for everyone.

                                  Also, regarding the roadmap, I think it might be helpful to update it. The expectation of a December update has caused some confusion, and it might be a good idea to clarify things so members aren’t left in the dark. It would help to manage expectations more clearly going forward

                                    We are extremely proud of the community that has grown from Enhance - may great conversations, support and mutual respect amongst all members prevail.

                                    As I am sure many of you agree, it is time to retire this thread.
