Calm down guys.
I believe this is already in the plans. The focus is on v12. Let's wait for this major update. I believe that after that other specific things will be less complicated to implement. I'm sure the Enhance team is working hard to deliver a stable product.
I agree that there are some things that need more attention, but I believe that they will release more updates after v12. We need to be calm. I personally charge on behalf of end customers. For example, the function of changing the email password. I have a customer who has more than 40 mailboxes. It is impossible to provide the Enhance password for all users to change manually.
But in talking to the Enhance people, they understood that this demand needs to be implemented and have already included it in the roadmap.
They are willing and I believe that the work is very tiring. We need to be patient. It is frustrating that some "basic" things have not yet been implemented, but every panel starts like this. Cpanel did not become what it is today overnight. In fact, the quality has even declined. They release updates with very serious bugs.
In the last update they released, RoundCube simply stopped working and the documentation they added to the website did not solve the problem. Not to mention that the support there is the worst possible.
I migrated completely from Cpanel and despite the lack of basic things, I noticed the commitment of the developers when I reported a problem.
They take note and add it to the script. Two problems that I reported are already in the roadmap for release. It's about being patient and talking to the end customer. In the end, everyone wins and we get rid of the famous panel that loves to exploit by increasing prices every year.
Another good thing is that backups will be improved with the new v12 update.
I reported some issues with restoring backups, such as not saving passwords for mailboxes, FTPs and databases. They not only listened to the issues, but also prioritized them, and the fix is already on the update roadmap for release in v12.1.0. I believe they are focusing on the most critical issues. And from what they explained, this update is very important and changes the way the panel works. It is quite critical.
I currently manage 27 servers with Enhance and, despite the lack of some features that have not yet been released, I definitely do not regret it.
It is also worth mentioning that this is a relatively new panel compared to other panels. Some security software, such as Bitninja, CPGuard, among others, have been released recently due to the growth of the community and popularity.
Let's be patient. In the end, we all win =]
