xyzulu I will reach out to the Enhance team, but posting on the forums, might be helpful for future users who face the same issue and instead of creating a ticket and waiting for a reply they will find answers easily, and the Enhance team will have lesser tickets for the same issue.
I do not understand what you mean by "I am not convinced you have an problem with Enhance, but it's also hard to "teach"/check DNS to someone without even knowing the url/ip etc."
How do you know that this isn't an Enhance issue? And what do you mean by "teach" someone knowing URL/IP?
