In case anyone comes across this issue in the future- the password requirements for Enhance are:
- One lowercase character
- One uppercase character
- One number
- One special character
- 10 characters minimum
I had to create a test account to find this information, I feel it should exist in the documentation for Enhance and HostBill.
HostBill doesn't have the ability to require uppercase letters, or numbers in passwords. They're included in randomly generated passwords, but not being able to require them makes me worry about potential issues down the line. Does anyone know of a fix for this?
mike While I understand that support is expensive and time consuming, creating a way for us to provide feedback to improve their documentation should actually reduce the load on support. I don't mind paying for support, except for the weird incentives it creates. HB is incentivized to make their documentation just clear enough for people to pay for their software, but missing enough details for them to rake in $90.
