Email delivery on a mixed setup

Clients cannot send email to each other if one of the clients has website + emails locally and the other website + emails outside enhance.

It will try to to deliver the email locally to a user that does not exist.

Can we disable email role on that client so it does not try to deliver locally?

Try changing the Mail routing settings to 'Remote Mail' under the Domain?

I had the same issue, and resolved it by making sure local/remote routing was set correctly. This should work.

Well i forgot that the option is there under the domains 🤷💆‍♂️

mike email is always controlled by DNS and when set correctly it will route without any problems, few things to consider in case of email is that to check mx record, check host record (mail.example.com, usually A record), check spf record, check dkim, check dmarc, etc. and you're good to go.. 🙂
