It turned out the issue was caused by an old, empty test WordPress site that contained several malicious files. The attacker was using it, which led to the server’s IP being flagged for malicious activities. We cleaned the site with a simple full scan, and everything is now secure.

We always recommend users conduct a full scan immediately after installing cPFence to identify any existing malicious files, as cPFence primarily focuses on scanning new or modified files.

Previously, you mentioned a "free plan forever," and I can understand the decision to cancel it. However, the recurring confusion with the pricing plans does not inspire confidence.

Apologies for any confusion. The 50% discount is available only for plans with 10 servers or more. For a single server, you receive a $12 discount when paying yearly. Don’t overthink it , our pricing is transparent and remains among the most competitive in the market. Regular price: 10 servers * $5 = $50
Bulk discount: $5 off, so $45 per month
Yearly payment: $25 per month equivalent (50% discount)

For 20 servers:

Bulk discount: $15 off, so $85 per month
Yearly payment: $50 per month equivalent (50% discount)
