Greencloud changed the IP's on a couple of servers on my Enhance cluster.
The control panel can no longer connect to the two servers from the main panel screen so I cannot update the IP via GUI.
Is there a way to update the IP addresses on the control panel for the two servers (?SSH) so that connectivity can be restored?
Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks.

Honeytree - that seems a bit extreme (although I have considered it!). The control panel server should keep the IP's somewhere and it should be a case of updating the IP there via SSH.

I tried migrating the email accounts to a separate email server but that failed 🙁

This can probably be done directly in the database, but I’d need to test it first to confirm. Please make sure to share the solution Adam provides, as this is a common and important issue.

Current ip charge in enhance is only gets applied to new websites added, i think you have to get guidance from adam and then based on that you should create a script to update all entries including DNS of websites hosted if required..

meditatingsurgeon I confirm that Adam will solve it easily.

Just to share some infos: I changed two servers IP a few months ago and the problem was not related to the change of IP, but to the fact that the Enhance mTLS certificates weren't automatically regenerated once IP changed, creating ongoing malfunctions. Adam solved the problem via ticket, manually rebuilding them, and he told me that from v12 these certificates will be automatically regenerated when changing Server IP, so it will be more painless and easy to do.
